Frodsham Town Council Job Vacancy – Estates Manager

A vacancy has arisen for an Estates Manager at Frodsham.

The post, currently 20 hours per week, is responsible for ensuring the council’s land and properties are
maintained to the highest standard.
Salary (NJC pt 7. £15,115 pro-rata) – £7.856 per hour.
80 hours holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.
The post operates throughout Frodsham and a van is provided. Occasionally there
may be the need to travel beyond Frodsham.

The successful applicant will be a resilient, self-starting individual with a range of
skills, probably acquired through working in a similar post. These qualities will
include:

• Good communication skills
• Horticultural experience
• Team Worker but able to work on own initiative
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility
• Resilience
• Time management
• Good local knowledge of Frodsham and its environs
As this is a very physical outdoor job the successful applicant must be in good
health.
