Castle Park Arts Centre “desperately in need” of volunteers

FRODSHAM’S Castle Park Arts Centre says it is “desperately in need” of volunteers to help organise the various events staged there.

The centre is manned by volunteers and relies on them to assist the events which help to fund the ongoing operating costs of the centre.
There are lots of role for volunteers including welcoming people to “meet the artists” open evenings for new exhibitions, taking tickets for music events, serving drinks, helping in the café and helping at the annual open exhibition.
There are also plans for a gift shop which may also require volunteers.
Anyone interested in finding out more about volunteering at the Centre please call in to the Centre and ask for Judith or Emma, or ring Sue on 07762331368.
Meanwhile, the Arts Centre acknowledges the contributions from the Biffa Award and Cheshire West and Chester Rural Support Funding Grant Award award schemes towards the total refurbishment of Gallery 2 and adjacent corridor, without which this essential project would not have been possible.
