FRODSHAM just missed out on promotion to division three of the UKFast Cheshire Cricket League when they finished their season in third place in division four.
They won 13 games and lost seven – with two being abandoned in a summer when most of their rivals only had to abandon one.
The 2nd XI came seventh in their competition, winning five games, losing 10 and drawing four.
Up in division one, Kingsley finished fifth, winning 13 games, losing seven and drawing one. But the Kingsley 2nd string were runners up in their division, winning 16 games, losing two and drawing two.
In the Vivio Cheshire County League, Alvanley came 5th in division two with 10 wins, nine defeats and two draws.
Alvanley 2nd XI came ninth in their competition.
