Hedge fire spreads to car and guttering of two properties

FIREFIGHTERS were called out to tackle a hedge fire in Frodsham yesterday afternoon involving a row of conifers well alight.
The incident took place shorty before 2pm on Westbrook Road.
On arrival the crew found a row of conifers well alight.The fire had spread to one car, fence and guttering of two properties.
Firefighters used one hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
A thermal imaging camera was also used to check both properties internally and externally for fire spread.
