CRICKET returns to the Frodsham area on April 17 – Covid-19 restrictions permitting.
Frodsham will be playing in the UKFast Cheshire League division 4. Details of the opening fixtures are not yet available.
But Kingsley, who play in division 2 will open their programme by hosting Runcorn while their 2nd XI travel to Nantwich.
In the RSK Cheshire County League, Alvanley will host Barrow in their opening game, while their 2nd XI travel to Chester Boughton Hall.
Players will be looking forward to a full season of cricket, unlike the truncated competition which took place last year. There will be no promotions or relegations based on last year’s competitions so the clubs’ placings in the various divisions have been decided on performances in the 2019 season.
