James Palliser takes five wickets as Frodsham win

FRODSHAM won by three wickets at Saughall after bowling out the home side for 108.
James Palliser took five wickets at a cost of 34 runs as Saughall struggled against an excellent Fropdsham attack.
Jamie Smith took 3-21.
Frodsham also found runs hard to get, but a superb innings of 48 from Daniel Connolly saw them on their way to victory in the 34th over.
Kingsley elected to bat first against visitiing Stockport – and then saw them hit a challenging 251-6 declared.
Tom Eyley was the pick of the bowlers with 3-41 but there was little Kingsley could do to stem the flow of runs.
A fighting 45 from Kieron Ollier was the highlight of Kingsley’s innings but there were bowled out for 118.
Kingsley 2nd lost by 68 at Northiwch after the home side had batted first and scored 199.
Peter Taylor took 3-30.
Opener Jamie Creek top scored for Kingsley with 38, but the side were restricted to 131
Alvanley suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of top-of-the-table Grappenhall.
They were bowled out for 121, Chris Charles top scoring with 40, and then saw Grappenhall coast to victory for the loss of two wickets.
