FRODSHAM-based law firm Rowlinsons have announced that Nicholas Ball has returned to their commercial property department as an associate solicitor.
He completed his training contract with Rowlinsons and qualified at the firm in 2017 and then worked for two other Cheshire law firms, gaining further experience in a wide range of commercial property matters.
Mr Ball advises on both commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations and provides commercial property support on corporate transactions. His property development experience ranges from individual dwellings to much larger site setups on behalf of house builders.

“He possesses a wide range of knowledge and experience in commercial matters and it is certainly great to have him back with us.”
Notable transactions that he has worked on include the multi-million-pound refinance of a large portfolio of residential and commercial property and the acquisition of a large-scale development site on behalf of a house builder including the subsequent set up of the estate and sale of plots.
