Frodsham care company seeks 10 people to train as care professionals

LOCAL home care company Home Instead Frodsham has launched a Care Career Pathway, giving budding care professionals a clear route to getting the training and experience they need.
The company is looking for 10 people to join them and begin their Care Career Pathway.
Many might consider care simply as a job, but Home Instead is keen to highlight the many opportunities it offers and the professional skills it builds for people keen to support older people in their own homes.
The Care Career Pathway involves care professionals progressing on a journey with various stages, from acquiring the skills to confidently deliver exceptional care, to specialising in areas of care such as Parkinson’s, to passing on the skills to new care professionals.
Director Brian Moynihan (pictured) said: “We developed the Care Career Pathway as a clear direction for care professionals to take. Many of our care professionals who have followed the pathway found great success upon completing the training, growing their skill set in many areas. We are proud of all members of our team and the service they provide to locals who need our care.
If you have a desire to help others and would like to build a rewarding career, we want to hear from you.”
Home Instead Frodsham was rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, placing them in the top four per cent of home care companies in England.
Home Instead’s care professionals offer a range of care, from personal care such as help with dressing and bathing, to home help, to companionship.
