Frodsham wheelie bin fire blamed on arsonists

A FIRE involving a wheelie bin at Frodsham is being treated as a possible arson attack.
Firefighters went to the scene in Princeway shortly before 5.30pm yesterday (Sunday) and soon extinguished the blaze.
But police were informed after firefighters decided the fire was likely to have been started deliberately.
The incident followed another, last week, when a fire was reported at the rear of a household waste site off Church Street, Frodssham.
On this occasion, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus use a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire, which involved waste materials.
Nearby bins were also checked using a thermal imaging camera
