Frodsham’s “Tributes on the Hill” festival is back

FRODSHAM’S popular Tributes on the Hill festival will be back – hopefully “as normal” – on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 1, 2 and 3.
The event will be at Higher Mickledale Farm, in Manley Road, Frodsham where camping will be available for those who want to make a weekend of it.
Spokesperson Mark Rowland said: “We have had two terrible years because of COVID and now it’s time to try and get back to normal. Hopefully we can add to that in someway.”

The event attracts some of the country’s top Tribute Bands and gives local music fans to hear their favourite music in a live festival setting.
Friday night is described as Bootleggers Indie Night and will feature tributes to The Start, Muse, Oasis and Killers.
Saturday is titled Big Artists and will feature tributes to The Quayz, Bob Marley, Bryan Adams, Michael Jackson, Coldplay and Queen.
Sunday – Family Fun Day – will feature tributes to School of Rock, Taylor Swift, Chic to Chic, Lady Gaga, Ed Sdheeran, Mumford and Sons, Kylie and Robbie Williams.
Tickets are on sale now from Skiddle or by calling 07888 733148.
