THREE fire crews were called out last night to tackle a house fire on High Street, Frodsham.
At 23:13 fire engines, from Runcorn, Widnes and Lymm were called to reports of a house fire on High Street, Frodsham.
Crews used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and a covering jet to extinguish the fire before damping down and using a large fan to clear smoke from the property.
All persons were accounted for and neighbouring properties were also checked to ensure that the fire had not spread.
Cheshire Police also attended to assist in managing traffic.
The fire is believed to have started accidentally.
