Caravan reduced to debris in arson attack

POLICE are investigating after fire reduced a caravan was reduced to debris near Frodsham in the early hours of today.
Firefighers believed the blaze was started by arsonists.
The blaze was in a layby in Barrow Lane, Dunham on the Hill shortly before 6am.
Two fire engines were sent to the scene from Chester and crew members – one wearing breathing apparatus – extinguished the flames with a hose reel jet.
The debris was then damped down to ensure the area was safe
