Jess to provide rare opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the harp

JESS Hughes, a post-graduate student at the Royal Northern College of Music, will provide a rare opportunity to hear solo harp music at Frodsham’s Castle Park Arts Centre on Sunday, October 2.
The harp is probably one of the most under-rated musical instruments and opportunities to hear it live are few and far between.
Jess will be playing harp music by Hindemith, Andres, Kurek and Hasselmans.
She will also be available for members of the audience to ask questions about all aspects of playing the harp.
The recital starts at 2pm and tickets, £10, are available from the Arts Centre (01928 735832) or from Dandelion, in Church Street, Frodsham.
