FRODSHAM-based Rowlinsons Solicitors have appointed three new staff members at their private client department.
Josie Jones is an experienced solicitor having qualified in 2017. She studied Law at Aberystwyth University and then went on to attend the College of Law, Chester to study the Legal Practice Course. Since qualifying Josie has worked on a varied caseload and has a particular interest in Agricultural Estates and Investment Wealth cases of High Net worth. Josie is a Welsh speaker and is happy to speak to clients in Welsh.
Katie Roberts joins as a recently qualified solicitor in a North Wales firm. Katie took her degree at Liverpool University and then attended the University of Law to complete her Legal Practice Course where she obtained a distinction.
Emma Heath has also been appointed as a private client assistant. She has recently obtained a Distinction in her LPC from the University of Law Chester where she developed a particular interest in Private Client Law.
Managing director Andrew Graves said: “We have seen a significant growth in new clients requiring a wide range of expertise in private client matters. Our new additions bring a mix of experience and ambition to the team.
“Since the pandemic the volume of Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney applications we have made has increased dramatically. Clients of all ages are seeking high quality advice when planning for the future, particularly around complex inheritance tax matters, LPAs, Wills and Trust provisions.
“I’m delighted to have three high calibre individuals joining the department to support our growth and it’s fantastic to have a fluent Welsh speaker at the firm!”
