POLICE have deployed a “Smiley S.I.D” on the 40mph section of Kingsley Road at the junction of Top Road, Frodsham today following complaints from local residents about the speed of traffic in the area.
Motorists are being warned to stay within the speed limits.
Meanwhile police patrols have also taken place outside St. Lukes RC Primary School, Whitehall Place, ensuring that the children get into school safely. Police spoke to a couple of residents who have raised concerns over parking.
Police are reminding people to park responsibly when dropping off and collecting children.
