Former Mayor of Frodsham dies after lengthy illness

THE death has occurred after a long illness of former Mayor of Frodsham Dennis Taylor.
Mr Taylor, 76, was the beloved husband of Pammi Taylor – also a former Mayor – and the couple served together for many years as members of Frodsham Town Council.
They had two children, Geeta and Neil and one grandchild, Alex.
Mr Taylor was a valued councillor for many years and was for some years chairman of the traffic management committee. He was Mayor in 2002 and again in 2006. But some years ago he suffered a stroke. He then became an enthusiastic member of Frodsham and district Stroke Club.
He will be sadly missed by family and friends and a much wider circle of local people.
His funeral service will take place at Walton Lea Crematorium, Warrington, on Wednesday, November 13 at 11am. The family have requested that only the family send flowers but that donations in memory of Dennis be made to Frodsham and district Stroke Club.
