FRODSHAM businesswoman Kate Gannon has been crowned a winner in a national awards scheme.
Kate, who provides remote administrative and business support to the public relations industry, won Virtual Assistant of the Year (Solo VA) at the UK VA Awards 2022.
The awards have been running since 2007 and recognise Virtual Assistants who are making a real impact on the VA industry and the wider business community. They’re open to any UK based Virtual Assistant, from sole traders to larger companies.
Kate said: “I’m blown away to win this award. I was up against some talented and highly successful VAs in my category so to be crowned the winner is a fantastic achievement. I hope this is a start of a winning streak as I’m also shortlisted for four other business awards this year!”
Known as “The PR PA”, Kate exclusively supports PR consultants and agencies due to her 20 year career in the PR sector. She spent 10 years as a PR consultant and another 10 years as executive assistant to the CEO of a PR agency which gives her a unique understanding of her clients’ needs plus the tools and knowledge to support them.
