Nine to fight for Frodsham seats on CWaC on May 2

A TOTAL of nine candidates will contest the two Frodsham seats on Cheshire West and Chester Council (CWaC) in the local elections on May 2.
Sitting councillors Lynn Riley – leader of the Conservative opposition group on CWaC – and Andrew Dawson – will be opposed by Labour, Liberal Democrat, Green Party and Independent candidates.
The two Independents are Judith Critchley, former chairman of Frodsham Town Council, and Mallie Poulton, for Mayor of Frodsham.
Full line-up of candidates is as follows.
Judith Critchley (Inddpendent); Andrew Dawson (Conservative), Michael Garvey (Labour), Audrey Griffiths (Liberal Democrat), Michelle Parker (Labour), Mallie Poulton (Independent), Lynn Riley (Conservative), Ross Sibson (Liberal Democat) Christine Webber (Green Party).
