Where you can spend your £10 Christmas gift voucher

THE list of shops and other organisations taking part in Frodsham Town Council’s popular gift voucher scheme for older residents has been released.
Recipients aged 70 or more can spend their £10 voucher on a Christmas treat at a wide variety of local shops and traders. Or, if they prefer, they can pass their voucher to a local club or society. Altogether there are 35 outlets accepting the vouchers.
However recipients use their vouchers, they will be supporting the local community. The Town Council encourages people to shop locally, and this scheme will inject around £10,000 into the local high street.
If you are a resident aged 70 years or more, it’s not too late to apply for your voucher, but time is running short as the closing date for applications is Friday November 2. Forms are available from FTC’s office in Castle Park, local post offices and www.frodsham.gov.uk. The vouchers will be delivered before the Frodsham Christmas Festival on November 24.
